// Windhoek, Khomas · Namibia

Myrmidon Technology Solutions is based in Windhoek and has built software for Namibian organisations since 2015. Most of our clients are a short drive away, which means workshops in your boardroom, not only on video calls.

Windhoek is home to most of Namibia's regulators, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions and head offices. Our work reflects that: regulatory strategy, utility portals, public-sector registers and integrations with the systems those organisations already run.

// Who we build for in Windhoek

  • Regulators and public sector

    IT strategy, enterprise architecture and citizen-facing portals with audit trails, such as our work for NAMFISA and the Electricity Control Board.

  • Energy and utilities

    Procurement, recruitment and complaints systems that replace paper with auditable online processes, as we delivered for NamPower.

  • Telecommunications

    Customer self-service portals integrated with billing systems and payment gateways, like the Paratus Namibia client portal.

  • Financial services and retail

    Inventory, loan and stock-management platforms with multi-branch reporting.

How we work with Windhoek clients

We meet in person for discovery workshops, design reviews and go-live, and work remotely in between. Support agreements include on-site visits when a problem needs hands on the ground.

// Case studies

  • Regulatory & Public Sector

    IT & Digital Transformation Strategy 2027–2031

    NAMFISA

    A five-year, implementable IT and digital transformation strategy for Namibia's non-banking financial sector regulator, which supervises N$414.8 billion in assets across 15,700+ regulated entities. The strategy is built around a “Digital House”: a governance and architecture foundation, five pillars, and a supervisory-excellence roof.

  • Energy & Utilities

    Customer Complaints Handling System

    Electricity Control Board

    An online platform where Namibian citizens log complaints against electricity service providers. Complaints move through a configurable investigation workflow, and ECB staff track progress and report outcomes back to the complainant.

  • Energy & Utilities

    Electronic Tender Submission Platform

    NamPower

    Built during COVID-19 to replace physical tender submissions. Bidders register online, upload their documents and submit securely, with an auditable document store controlling access.

  • Telecommunications

    Client Self-Service Portal

    Paratus Namibia

    A web portal where Paratus customers track internet usage, review historical consumption and buy data bundles online. The portal integrates with the Paratus billing system and the Adumo payment gateway, and a CMS lets the team manage in-portal advertising.
